Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping Policy

Ethnics Land is committed to delivering your orders with good-quality packaging within the given time frame. We work with multiple reputed courier partners like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, etc. to get the products to reach our valued customers as quickly as possible.

DOMESTIC:-

1. We ship products PAN India and provide free shipping across India. 

2. Once an order is placed, the product is dispatched within 1-4 business days depending on the finishing touches of the product & quality checks. If it is a customized order or a make-to-order product, dispatch may take longer depending on the product type and regular updates will be shared regarding the same.

3. The tracking information is shared once the product is dispatched. It takes approximately 7-10 business days from the dispatch date, for the product to get delivered. 

 

INTERNATIONAL:-

1. We ship products PAN India and charge Rs. 2800/- for international shipping. For more than one product, do email us at ethnicsland@gmail.com and our team will provide the best quotes from our shipping partners.

2. Once an order is placed, the product is dispatched within 7-10 business days depending on the finishing touches of the product & quality checks. If it is a customized order or a make-to-order product, dispatch may take longer depending on the product type and regular updates will be shared regarding the same.

3. The tracking information is shared once the product is dispatched. It takes approximately 7-10 business days from the dispatch date, for the product to get delivered. 

Exchange Policy

We do a thorough quality check before dispatching any product to you and send the products via reputed courier services so that it reaches you safely. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, if the product is damaged or the wrong product has been sent to you, you can initiate an exchange basis the following:-

DOMESTIC:-

​

1. For any exchange requests, send us an email return request within 3 days of product delivery, at ethnicsland@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for returning the product

  • Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us

2. Exchanges are done only if wrong products, wrong sizes, or damaged products are received by the customer. 

3. Upon verification by our team, we would initiate the exchange once the product is returned to us. Once we receive the product back, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you. Please do not accept the package if the product reaches you damaged from the outside. 

4. Returns need to be processed by the buyer within 7 working days and the tracking information needs to be shared with us. 

4. We currently do not provide return pick-up service. In any case of returns or exchanges, the product needs to be return shipped by you.

Returns / Exchanges are not possible under the following circumstances:-

- If the product has been used, washed, or tampered with

- If the return request is raised after 3 working days

- If the returns are not initiated within 7 working days

- If any customization has been done on the product

INTERNATIONAL:-

​

  • Reason for returning the product

3. Upon verification by our team, we would initiate the exchange once the product is returned to us. Once we receive the product back, we will initiate a refund from our end.

4. Returns need to be processed by the buyer within 7 working days and the tracking information needs to be shared with us. 

4. We currently do not provide return pick-up service. In any case of returns or exchanges, the product needs to be returned and shipped by you. Shipping charges to and fro are non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges are not possible under the following circumstances:-

- If the product has been used, washed, or tampered with

- If the return request is raised after 3 working days

- If the returns are not initiated within 7 working days

- If any customization has been done on the product

- Sarees with Fall / Pico or blouse stitching services

Cancellation policy

​

​

BOTH DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL:-

If you wish to cancel any order, email us within 24 hours at ethnicsland@gmail.com

​

Cancellation can be processed only under the following circumstances:-

- If the product has not been shipped

- If the product has not undergone post-processing

- If our artisan has not started working on the saree yet

- If the Fall / Pico or Blouse Stitching has not been done

​

Cancellation will be confirmed from our end based on the above. If none of the above steps have been taken, we can cancel the order and initiate a refund from our end.
